บทความ “กลไกและเส้นทางแห่งความเจริญรุ่งเรืองร่วมกันของทุกคนในยุคใหม่ภายใต้นโยบายการกระจายรายได้ของจีน” มุ่งหวังที่จะศึกษาขั้นตอนการลดความยากจนและการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายการกระจายรายได้นับตั้งแต่ก่อตั้งสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน โดยสะท้อนให้เห็นว่าเส้นทางสู่ความเจริญรุ่งเรืองร่วมกันของประชาชนทุกคนไม่เพียงเป็นความต้องการพื้นฐานของประเทศสังคมนิยมของจีนเท่านั้น แต่ยังสะท้อนถึงภารกิจเดิมของพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีนอีกด้วย ในกระบวนการบรรเทาความยากจนของจีนใหม่ได้ดำเนินไปตามกระบวนการตั้งแต่ที่รัฐบาลเป็นผู้นำหลักในช่วงเริ่มก่อตั้ง ไปจนถึงการผสมผสานมาตรการบรรเทาความยากจนต่างๆ หลังการปฏิรูปและการเปิดประเทศ จากนั้นจึงไปสู่การบรรเทาความยากจนอย่างมีเป้าหมายในยุคใหม่ ซึ่งถือเป็นการเริ่มต้นเส้นทางการบรรเทาความยากจนที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะของจีน ดังนั้นนโยบายการกระจายรายได้ของจีนจึงได้รับการปรับเปลี่ยนให้สอดคล้องกับการพัฒนาของเศรษฐกิจและสังคมด้วย ปัญหาหลักที่ประเทสจีนต้องเผชิญในยุคใหม่คือการกระจายรายได้ที่ยุติธรรม ซึ่งถือเป็นหลักพื้นฐานในการบรรลุความเจริญรุ่งเรืองร่วมกันสำหรับคนทุกกลุ่ม และเป็นหลักประกันที่ดีสำหรับการสร้างสังคมที่กลมกลืน

The study of “Mechanism and Common Prosperity Paths for All in the New Era Under China’s Income Distribution Policy” aims to study the poverty reduction process and changes in income distribution policies since the founding of People's Republic of China, reflecting that the path to achieving common prosperity for all people is not only the basic requirement of China's socialist country, but also reflects the original mission of the Chinese Communist Party. The poverty reduction process of People's Republic of China has gone through a process from being mainly government-led at the beginning of its establishment, to combining various poverty alleviation measures after the reform and opening up, and then to targeted poverty alleviation in the new era. It has embarked on a poverty reduction path with Chinese characteristics. Therefore, China's income distribution policy has also been adjusted accordingly with the development of the economy and society. The main issue facing China in the new era is fairer income distribution, which is also the basic premise for achieving common prosperity for all people and a favorable guarantee for building a harmonious society.
